Our country home was built in 1937 and sits under a magnificent monkey pod tree surrounded by coconut trees on a 1.25 acre fenced lot in a quiet north shore lane (7 minutes from Haleiwa). This home serves as our family gathering place with its beachfront location and spacious fenced yard for family games.
We are longtime island residents who purchased this beach home so that our children and grandchildren would form memories surfing, snorkeling and playing hide-and-seek on the lawn that we call "the park." It's safe, fenced and huge.
The property has a spacious beachfront home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is also a separate cottage housing a studio bedroom and bunkroom, each with its own bath.
This country home is on the historic registry and is the perfect place for a multi-generational family retreat.
This is the place to step back in time and experience the calm of old Hawaii!
The Main House has a large kitchen with views of ocean and backyard. A large great room, TV and day beds provide lots of gathering space. The house has ocean views and 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath.
Bedroom 2 has a king (1) & twin/single (1)
Bedroom 3 has a king (1) & twin/single (1)
Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves on a king size bed. The master bedroom faces the ocean and includes an outdoor shower.
The separate cottage is large and has a king, queen and a twin couch in the sitting area. The full bath has an additional open air outdoor shower- very island style.
The laundry is located in this building.
The bunkroom (on the other side of the cottage) has 2 twins and 2 fulls,
and its own bathroom.
This space is perfect for the kids in a multi-generational family rental.
